Yes, we are trained and capable of working on your vehicle. Our technicians are dealer-trained and up-to-date with newer technologies to be able to perform services and repairs with the highest levels of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Costs depend on how much time it takes to determine the cause of failure, the time to access, remove, and replace affected components needed to correct the issue, and the cost of the components or parts.

We provide a detailed written estimate before starting any work and send it to you via email or phone text for your approval.

Yes, every repair is different, and when the problem is not an evident one, our technician will require time to investigate the root cause of the issue. Tear-down time to access components and check the condition of the affected component, such as fluid leaks, electrical values etc., will differ from car to car. Also, the use of different equipment to determine component conditions will vary from car to car as well.

This fee, or part of it, is often applied toward the total repair cost when you perform the recommended repair with us.

An estimate is a calculation of the cost for the repair based on our records and universal automotive sources for job estimation. Once tear down to access components is done, an assessment for additional parts needed is performed, since sometimes hidden damage could be present. A call to request for few extra parts, such seals or plastic connections, is often made to inform the customer of changes in pricing from the initial estimated cost.

We never perform extra work without your explicit approval first.

We work on an appointment basis; in the same instance, we understand cars break down without notice, so please let us know your vehicle needs immediate attention when making your appointment for broken-down vehicles.

We welcome all customers but can’t warranty same day lookups of vehicles since we work by appointments.

Service intervals are recommended by each manufacturer and can be found in your vehicle’s owner’s manual. At Autopotenza LLC, we recommend performing your oil changes every 5,000 miles since it is a commonly agreed and proven safe service interval by several independent automotive research institutes.

There are many different noises your braking system can make; a constant squeaking or high-pitched grinding noise is most likely a wear indicator telling us it is time to replace the brake pads.

High-performance pads and rotors are prone to making noises when coming to a stop or at low speeds. If you hear any new or weird noise in your vehicle, don’t hesitate to make an appointment with us to have your vehicle inspected by a professional.

Generally, no, since we have a great warranty policy and we can’t warranty jobs done with third-party parts. But there are some exceptions, like restoration and performance jobs, where we allow the use of customer-provided parts.

We partner with Snap Financing and Synchrony for financing options

We shuttle customers within a 5-mile radius. We also help call an UBER that can be added to your bill.
